The TML 250 is a permanent lifting magnet built around patented TML (Thin Material Lifting) technology, which is what allows it to perform well on thin-walled material where conventional magnets lose their grip. On uncoated and stainless steels it holds 90kg from a thickness of 3mm, rising to a full 250kg load capacity from 10mm, calculated with a triple safety factor. At a dead weight of 3.5kg it is up to 70 percent lighter than conventional permanent magnets of comparable performance, which makes a real difference over a shift.
Designed for metalworking, building sites and shipyards, the TML 250 is activated by one-hand operation inside a T-beam, and the 360° rotating load swivel connects to a crane, ceiling crane or hoist using a hook with safety flap or a load loop. The magnetic surface carries a resistant TiN coating, so the magnet stands up to hard, repeated use. -
