Push Beam Trolleys for Hoisting Equipment
At Lifting365, we supply a variety of push beam trolleys, ranging in capacity from 500kg to 5,000kg, from world-renowned manufacturers such as Yale. Push beam trolleys are designed to suspend and transport a load along a beam by the use of the bottom flange and a set of rollers (or wheels), which enable horizontal traverse when pushed or pulled manually. They support a chain block with a top hook or lug mounted suspension. Our push beam trolleys have excellent rolling features due to machined steel wheels mounted on pre-lubricated, encapsulated ball bearings. They are also adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and profile; adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load bar, which also ensures the central positioning of the hoist in the clevis – no creeping to the left or the right.
Like all other lifting equipment, safety is paramount. Always use a push beam trolley with the correct capacity for your item. Our push beam trolleys are available in capacities of 500kg, 1,000kg, 2,000kg, 3,000kg and 5,000kg. The wheel profile and trolley width should also be suitable for the track, and adjusted accordingly. The chain of the hoist should also be long enough to hang about 2 feet above the operating level.
All our products are thoroughly tested and certified before being sold. By using your beam trolley correctly and storing it in a suitable place when not in use, you can make the most of your investment. Avoid overloading the trolley or exposing it to any potentially harmful chemicals without consulting your manual first. Try not to throw or drop a trolley, or side load a trolley at an angle, which could bend the beam flange or trolley. Over-torquing the trolley can cause the adjustment rods to bend. Inspect your trolley each time before use and don’t use it if you notice damaged wheel flanges. Our product range represents excellent value for money; if you’re unsure about which push beam trolley is best for your needs, simply contact one of our customer service representatives today for advice and information.
