More About Our Fall Arrest Equipment
As well as a basic pack, we stock packs tailored for height workers including crane operators, construction workers and scaffolders. Yale’s range of safety products is manufactured under ISO9002 accreditation. Identification systems are needed in many industries to comply with a number of rules and standards, including health and safety compliance, traceability, asset management, test and inspection, lifting operations and theft prevention.
As part of our working at height safety section, we stock a comprehensive range of identification tags and cable ties. As with all our product ranges, we have experts on hand to ensure you have the right ID system to suit your needs. We also sell a popular range of forklift safety cages, which are used widely throughout various industry sectors as a safe and effective means of transporting personnel safely, from place to place or from differing heights. They are also suitable for a wide range of common jobs, including warehouse picking, construction, building inspection and repairs to high ceilings, walls and machinery.
For cranes, we supply crane slung safety cages, which provide a safe and secure platform for people working at various heights. These cages are simply hung from a hook on an overhead crane, and come with overhead lifting chains and overhead safety guards as standard. Choose from two methods of entry – step-through rails or side gate with automatic locking. Fork stirrups are also provided with our crane slung safety cages to allow safe transportation of the cage for positional purposes with a forklift. These cages are fully compliant with BS EN 14502 Regulations (Cranes – Equipment for the Lifting of Persons).
Our selection of Yale fall arrest blocks, retrieval fall arrest blocks, and webbing fall arrest blocks are used to prevent falls when working at heights. If a fall occurs, the braking mechanism in the fall arrest block will activate and protect the worker from a potentially fatal landing. All the models stocked by Lifting365 conform to EN360, and is an essential piece of working at height safety equipment.
