The Yalelift ITP integral push trolley chain block hoist is ideal for use for heavy industrial applications and will revolutionise every operation. The combination of the Yalelift 360 with a low headroom manual trolley provides even more flexibility in the application of the Yalelift 360.The flexibility of the Yalelift 360 allows the operator to work from directly above the load. The advantage of this application is you can have a long lift whilst using a relatively short hand chain. More flexibility gives greater safety - operators can now work outside of the immediate danger zone reducing the risk of operator injury. By means of the 360 rotating hand chain cover, the user can operate the hoist from all directions and is no longer directly within the danger zone as before. The revolutionary chain guide ensures a precise and smooth chain operation at all times. The Yalelift 360 can be operated safely and efficiently from all positions, even from the side of the load. This means more safety and greater flexibility of the working position. Features include: All units of this series up to a capacity of 3000kg are provided with single chain fall and the min. headroom (Dim. A) has been further reduced. Ideal for applications with low ceilings and limited headroom. The proven and almost stepless adjustment system allows quick and easy assembly of the trolley. Trolleys up to 5000kg are offered for two beam ranges. Range A for a flange width up to 180mm is standard and covers approx. 80% of all requirements. Conversion to range B for beam width up to 300mm can be easily accomplished. If range B is needed, please contact our Sales team. The trolley wheels are designed for a max. beam profile incline of 14% (DIN 1025 - part 1), excellent rolling features are guaranteed by prelubricated, encapsulated ball bearings. Anti-drop and anti-tilt devices as standard.

FAQS ABOUT Tractel Corso Push Trolley
What is the Tractel Corso Push Trolley used for?
What is the Tractel Corso Push Trolley used for?
The Tractel Corso Push Trolley is a manual push beam trolley that creates a movable suspension and anchor point for lifting equipment on steel beams. It is designed for construction, engineering, maintenance, industrial and material-handling users who need to move compatible lifting equipment along a beam for lifting, load positioning or handling.
How do I choose the correct Tractel Corso Push Trolley?
How do I choose the correct Tractel Corso Push Trolley?
Choose the Tractel Corso according to the required Working Load Limit (WLL) and the supporting steel beam's flange width. The range covers 250 kg to 20,000 kg WLL, with compatible beam widths varying by model from 45 mm to 320 mm. Check the actual beam dimensions and required load against the exact model specification before purchasing, and never exceed the trolley's WLL.
Can the Tractel Corso Push Trolley be used on straight and sloping beam flanges?
Can the Tractel Corso Push Trolley be used on straight and sloping beam flanges?
Yes. The Corso is designed for steel beams with straight or sloping flanges, with its opening manually adjusted to suit the beam profile. The selected model must still accommodate the supporting beam's flange width and be suitable for the required load.
Where and when should I use a Tractel Corso Push Trolley?
Where and when should I use a Tractel Corso Push Trolley?
The Corso is suitable for construction sites, engineering facilities, workshops, maintenance environments and industrial applications where a manually movable lifting point is required. It is useful when compatible lifting equipment needs to be repositioned along a steel beam rather than suspended from a fixed point.
What lifting equipment is compatible with the Tractel Corso?
What lifting equipment is compatible with the Tractel Corso?
The Corso provides a suspension point for compatible lifting equipment including Tirfor, Bravo, Tralift and Minifor. The suspended lifting equipment can then travel manually along the supporting steel beam. The specific trolley, lifting equipment, beam dimensions and WLL must be suitable for the complete lifting arrangement.
What UK regulations and standards apply to the Tractel Corso Push Trolley?
What UK regulations and standards apply to the Tractel Corso Push Trolley?
For workplace lifting operations in Great Britain, applicable LOLER 1998 requirements cover the safe use and thorough examination of lifting equipment, while PUWER 1998 covers relevant work-equipment requirements. These are workplace legal requirements, not product certifications or markings. Tractel states that the Corso is in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The trolley must be selected and used according to its WLL, beam compatibility and manufacturer's instructions.
