Features: Load sprocket and chain guide can easily be inspected or removed, without disassembly of the complete unit. Designed to FEM 1Am. H3 (HMI) Main line contactor for increased safety. Duty cycle 50% ED for single speed. Electromagnetic spring pressure brake holds the load safely even in the event of power failure. The externally adjustable slip clutch is designed to guarantee a permanent connection between the load and the brake. Motor classification H3 and protected to IP 55 against ingress of dust and water jets. Standard operating voltage: 400v, 3Ph, 50hz. Increased operating safety through 42v low voltage control with encapsulated pendant control to IP 65. Available with top hook suspension point or suspension lug for reduced headroom and easy integration into trolley applications (customer to specify at time of order). The oil bath lubricated gearbox contains case hardened helical cut gearing for smooth, low noise running, and enhanced lifetime. Fully compatible with the VTE/S range of trolleys. Operating temperature -100 to +400.

Refund Policy
All equipment complies with the high standards of quality established by the Company both in respect of materials and workmanship and as the sole and exclusive remedy in discharge of this warranty the Company undertakes to replace free of charge within 360 days from date of despatch from its works any components of its manufacture, which are proved to the satisfaction of the Company (whose decision shall be final and binding) to be defective in materials and workmanship provided notice in writing to the Company is given within two days of the defect occurring and provided the component which is the subject of the complaint, if the Company so requests returned pre-paid to the Company's works.
If goods have been ordered incorrectly, the customer should notify us within two days. In this event a handling charge of 22 percent of the product(s) price plus carriage costs each way, will be incurred by the customer. Our online payments are controlled by Shopify which they charge a transaction fee, this transaction fee will be deducted also.
In the case of defective components or parts not of the Company's manufacture the Company's liability shall be limited to such adjustment or allowance as the manufacturer there of shall make.
The Company shall not accept responsibility for such work done or expense incurred by the buyer in connection with any repair or replacement unless the Company's prior written authorisation has been obtained.
This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other conditions and warranties whatsoever whether expressed or implied and whether under common law, statute law or otherwise and apart from aforesaid the Company hereby expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising and howsoever caused.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain and pass on, to all third parties to whom it may operate the goods, all information as to the correct use, maintenance and safe handling of the equipment.
